Digital purchases

Digital registrations are delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped and no shipping charge applies. Your certificate, star chart and every other document included in your package are unlocked on your order page the moment Stripe verifies the payment, and remain available from My Registrations.

The printed gift package

The Complete Printed Gift Package is a standalone product. It includes the full Signature-level digital collection immediately, plus printed copies of the certificate, star chart, constellation map, registration letter, star information booklet, celestial sky atlas and dedication card, presented in an MCR folder.

Printed orders are charged a single flat-rate shipping fee per order, regardless of how many documents the package contains. The fee is shown as its own line at checkout before payment.

Where we ship

Printed packages currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not offered and no international rate is displayed, because no international service has been configured. Digital purchases are available worldwide.

You may have the printed package sent to yourself or directly to the gift recipient. We only collect the shipping address you enter for that purpose.

Processing and despatch

Printed materials are produced to order. We aim to print, assemble and despatch within the processing window shown at checkout and in your order email. We do not promise a delivery date: transit time is set by the carrier and is outside our control.

An order is marked shipped only after a carrier and tracking number have been recorded. Until then your order page shows the print stage rather than a shipment.

Tracking

When your parcel is despatched, the carrier and tracking number are emailed to you and shown on your order page. If a tracking number has not appeared and the processing window has passed, contact the registry with your order number and we will investigate.

Damaged or missing parcels

If a printed package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us with the order number and, where possible, photographs of the packaging. We will replace or refund printed materials in line with the refund policy. Digital files can always be downloaded again at no cost.
